| Why did you join the fire department? |
After college I needed something to fill the void when I wasn't working. I always wanted to be a firefighter but never knew how to. I took a leap of faith and joined and have never looked back. |

| What are your hobbies and/or interests outside of the fire department? |
I enjoy all things sports. I collect sports cards and enjoy going to baseball games at PNC Park. I also spend time with my family and enjoy life with my wife, daughter, and dog. |

| What do you like best about being part of the fire department? |
The sense of purpose. No matter the call, I am always able to help out who needs me. |
